mobiConverge for customer care

After installing the mobiConverge on your PC and smartphone:

  • Customer calls on company's mobile terminal eg to customer care representative.
  • When mobile terminal receives the call it sends the call ID information on the Willsoft mobiConverge server using the SSL protected https connnection.
  • mobiConverge software on your PC will get the call ID information from Willsoft mobiConverge server using https data connection and opens the calling customer information from company CRM on browser.
